Stevenson Property Management was founded by Josh Stevenson in 2016. Josh is a Boulder native, having attended Boulder High School and the University of Colorado. After college Josh spent 6 years traveling the world spending time in South East Asia and Central America, one highlight was helping with tsunami relief in Thailand. In order to fund these travels, Josh pursued the craft of stonework. He eventually established Emagine Stonemasonry in 2009.
After 15 years in business, Josh closed the doors to Emagine Stone Masonry. The physicality of stonework, having a toddler and losing tools and equipment in the Marshall fire were all reasons he decided to change careers and launch Stevenson Property Management (SPM).
I have been managing properties in addition to doing stonework since 2016 and have enjoyed watching this second small business grow. While it’s not as physically demanding or creative as stone work; it allows for deep connections between myself and my clients- something I cherish in my work.
Josh has been managing properties on the side in addition to doing stonework since 2016 and it made sense for him to continue by forming SPM. He draws from the worldly experience from his 20’s along with running a successful stonemasonry business which has helped him create a unique and professional property management company that excels in having a local and personal touch.
Mary Stevenson moved to Colorado from Tucson, Arizona to attend the University of Denver where she earned a Masters in Psychology. During this time Mary and Josh met through their joint love of rock climbing. Mary has been integral in helping build SPM with Josh. Along with helping run SPM, Mary also owns her own private mental health practice. In her free time Mary loves being outside spending time with her family.
Todd has over 25 years as a contractor and maintenance/repair professional which allows him to tackle any job with confidence and efficiency. He is able to diagnose and troubleshoot problems quickly, saving time and money.
Todd's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction make him an integral part of the SPM team. His reliability and expertise help ensure that every job is completed on time and to the highest standards.
Shannon Gantenbein is an accounting specialist with 15 years of experience working alongside a variety of organizations and industries. Shannon is energetic and passionate about aiding organizations with their financial needs. She is responsible for performing our accounting. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting from Metro State University. Shannon is inspired daily by her husband and their three children. In her free time, Shannon likes to hike, watch her kids play soccer, and spend time with family and friends.
