We believe it would be a little challenging to manage thousands of properties and know first hand that they were all being cared for as well as we’d like. Our mission is to serve property owners in the community we’ve grown up in and reside in, so we can guarantee our rental homes, property owners and tenants are being looked after.

Josh Stevenson, owner and founder of Stevenson Property Management, was born and raised in Boulder, Colorado and takes pride in managing properties in the community he grew up. This allows him to curate a hands-on approach to property management. Josh personally maintains a relationship with every property owner and every tenant, checking in on each of his properties, showing direct involvement and care. For SPM, it’s important to maintain a personal connection with all of their renters and property owners, and to know and care for each and every property.

Owner satisfaction


We strongly value our relationships with owners and tenants alike. If something is unsatisfactory we always do our best to make it right. While we’ve yet to have this happen, if for any reason you’re not satisfied with our services, you always have the freedom of choice.

Resident Retention


We excel at finding quality renters and believe that the owner should never have to pay to rent their property twice in one year. Unless a tenant is relocated due to military orders, we will replace a tenant that breaks their lease within their first year for free.

No Rent, No Fee


If there is no rental income generated from rental of property due to vacancy or eviction, we will never charge the monthly management fee. 

No Markups


We are always transparent with our pricing and cost of services. We do not mark up any repair or maintenance work and always strive to find honest and reliable contractors at an affordable price.
